He was predeceased by: his father Bobby Lee Hines; his brother Rocky Hines; and his brother-in-law Allan Taylor. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Cogar Hines; his wife Sherri Taylor Hines; his son Jeremy Hines of Upper Glade; his sisters, Cheryl Dawn Ratliff (Scott) of Heaters and Wendy Jill Hines of Parkersburg; and his brother-in-law Mike Taylor of Cowen.
A reception was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (160 Railroad Ave W, Cowen, WV 26206).
