It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael John Ritchie of Cowen, West Virginia, born in Richwood, West Virginia, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lowell Ritchie; his brother David Ritchie; and his father-in-law Dr. William Gray. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ritchie of Craigsville, WV.; his grandchildren, Ava of Cowen, Lelia of Cowen, Landry Snyder of Cowen, Harley Ritchie of Cowen and Ailyna LaSpina of Cowen; his girlfriend Barbara Gray; his sisters, Angela Winters of South Point and Sandra Davis (Lee) of Beaufort, NC; and his mother-in-law Charlene Gray of Cowen. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, and countless other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Mike's memory to Cowen Little League or to Trinity United Methodist Church.
