With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lonnie Asbury Green Jr. (Cowen, West Virginia), born in Bergoo, West Virginia, who passed away on May 15, 2020 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Asbury Sr. and Bertha Jane Cogar Green; his wife Patricia Cool Green; his siblings, Heral Green, Junie Goff, Ethel Moss, Virgil Green, Doy Green, Gathel Byrne and Dana Green; his granddaughter Angie Skidmore; his grandson-in-law Freddie Clark; and his great grandchild Owen Clark.
He is survived by: his sons, Little League Baseball, Lonnie "Jingles" Green (Diana) of Diana and Terry Green (Cheryl) of Cowen; his grandchildren, J. R. Green of Diana, Amanda Clark of Diana, Brandon Green (Shelby) of Wheeling and Drew Green of Cowen; and his great grandchildren, Tessa, Chasidy, Parker and Renee. He is also survived by many cousins, and friends.
