She was predeceased by: her parents, Len Harold Holcomb and Sybil Dean Holcomb; and her brothers, Kenneth and William H. Holcomb. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer L. Hunter (Bean) and Sarah J. Caudill (Bean); her husband Dan; her grandchildren, Luke H. Hunter and Elaina M. Caudill; and her siblings, Roger Holcomb (Sherry) and Judy Deel (Gary). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Her funeral will be a private ceremony for family on April 9, 2021, at West Virginia Memorial Gardens in Calvin, WV.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cowen Public Library P. O. 187, Cowen, WV 26206. *Please note "In Memory of Linda Joyce Bean.".
