He was predeceased by: his grandparent Danese Fleshman. He is survived by: his parents, Paul McKenzie and Linda Fleshman McKenzie; his son Gavin Mckenzie (Nikki Moul); and his grandfather Dan Mckenzie (Arlene). He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, family and friends.
