He was predeceased by: his parents, James Salisbury and Bonnie Radcliff Salisbury. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Roupe Salisbury; his children, Misty (Spurgeon) of Little Birch and Shannon Treadway (David) of Shady Spring; his siblings, James Salisbury, Darlene Wolverton, Bonnie Wilson, Macil Lilly, Tracil Salisbury, Kate Rose and John Salisbury; and his half-siblings, Rick, Jerry Salisbury and Patty Salisbury. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
