In loving memory of Joan B. Frame of Cowen, West Virginia, born in Jodie, West Virginia, who departed this world on September 18, 2024 at the age of 78. In the sacred silence of farewell, Joan is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Randell Bragg, Sr. and Garnet Bragg of Cowen, WV.. She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Williams of Cowen, WV and Fred Williams (Julie) of Raleigh, NC; her brother Randell Bragg, Jr.; her nephew Clifford Bragg; and her brother-in-law Dr. Robert Mace. She is also survived by family, Jill Mace Petersen and family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joan's memory to Cowen Food Pantry C/O (Linda Dyer) P.O. Box 476 Cowen, WV 26206 to help fill backpacks for school children and families in Cowen, WV.
