She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Perkins, Jr. and Betty Trimble Perkins; her brother Larry Perkins; and her aunt Mary Trimble. She is survived by: her siblings, Jeff Perkins (Beverly) of Richwood, WV and Debby Mazzella of Cowen, WV.. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
