He was predeceased by: his parents, Morgan Lester Forest and Glenna Claypool Fisher; and his brother Eugene Fisher. He is survived by: his daughters, Sally Demastus, Teresa Butler and Christina Lough; and his sister Lena Ware. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and several other extended family and friends.
