She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Jarvis and Nina Bragg Jarvis; her husband Cecil Coulter; her children, Billy Coulter, Calvin Smith and Sharon Coulter; and her siblings, Harley, Burle, Jim and Phyllis Jarvis.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Bleigh, Kathy Lough of Craigsville, Lloyd Coulter of Bergoo and Patricia Simmons of North Carolina; her brothers, Ladis Jarvis of Ohio and Robert Jarvis of Florida; and her close friend Betty Lemaster. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
