He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Temple and Cleo Cotrill Casteel; his wife Tammy Temple; and his brothers, Lee Casteel and Bobby Temple.
He is survived by: his daughter Glenda Lucas (Connie Garrison) of Mt. Nebo; his brothers, Randy Temple of Cowen and Mark Casteel (Terry) of Cowen; his sister-in-law Roxanne Temple of Cowen; and his grandson Preston Mowery of Mt. Nebo.
