He is survived by: his wife Donna Wayne Nulter; his children, Alex Nulter (Megan) of Cowen, Brandon Nulter (Mary) of Cowen, Tony Dodrill of Cowen, Michael Johnson Jr. of Cowen and Sasha Hayes of Craigsville; his siblings, Jean Nulter of Cowen, Mark Nulter of Cowen and April Bragg of Cowen; and his grandchildren, Zachary Nulter, Zoey Nulter, Madison Nulter, Levi Nulter, Jakob Nulter, Gracie Hayes and Everly McPherson.
