He was predeceased by: his parents, Agnes "Birdie" Keffer and Clyde Edward Keffer; and his sister Naomia Keffer. He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Keffer, Sr. of Craigsville, Norma Hinkle of Summersville and Patricia Fletcher of Ohio. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (160 Railroad Ave W, Cowen, WV 26206). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
