She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Adams Gibbs; and her grandparents, Ralph "Sox" and Phelma Autumn Adams. She is survived by: her husband Keith; her daughters, Dr. Tara Autumn (Dan Hartley) and Paula; her granddaughter Madelyn Erin Armstrong; and also, Terry Armstrong of Bridgeport, WV., Angie and Larry Hoover.
