He is survived by: his parent Audra Mullens (Brown); his wife Alice Mullens; his children, Edward "Eddie" Mullens, James Daniel "Danny" Mullens and Juanita "Sue" Cogar (Steve) of Bolair; his granddaughter Elizabeth McCourt (Dalton); and his siblings, Eugene Mullens of Craigsville, Arden Mullens of Craigsville, Elvin "Jug" Mullens of Craigsville, Estell Mullens (Bonnis) of Cowen and Lavada Hodovan (Robert) of Richwood.
