With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Lynn Hurd Hodge of Cottageville, West Virginia, born in Sandyville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 9, 2020 at the age of 54. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Lee and Ethel Mae Folden Hurd; and her parents-in-law, Charles F. Hodge and Dorthy Adkins Mullins. She is survived by: her husband Edwin Ray Hodge of Cottageville, WV; her sons, Ethen Ray Leevi Hodge of Cottageville, Justin Michael Hodge (Ashley) of Hazen, ND and Jonathan Ray Hodge (Kaitlyn P. Ward) of Ripley, WV; her siblings, Earl Lee Hurd (Debbie Hurd) and Brenda Mae Fisher (David) of Leon, WV; her adoptive daughter Debbie Adkins; her grandchildren, Bryson Hodge, Zaden Roush, Izabella, Blake, Avery, Alexis Hodge, Kiyah Kraus, Kaidence Culp, Liam and Charliegh Frazier; her parents-in-law, Jeremy, Melvina Hurd, Angel Lynn and Johnie Blocker of Lancaster, SC; her close friends, Jerri Sisson and Crystal Lawson of Cottageville; her aunts, Helen Westbrook, Mary Ott and Linda McGrew; her uncle Earl Folden (Shirley); and also, Phillip, Jr., Bre-Lynn Adkins of Ripley, WV., Jasmine, Josiah, Mateo Hurd of Avon Park, FL, Morgan Graves of Cottageville, Madison Hurd of Lancaster, SC, Patricia Lee and William Frazier of Cottageville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews-in-law and great nieces and nephews-in-law.
