He is survived by: his wife Patricia Wilson Clevenger; his children, Jason Clevenger and Misty Melton; his siblings, Jacob Clevenger of Maryland, Charles Clevenger of Parkersburg, Barb Lebo of Phoenix, AZ and Margaret Ditmore of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Cody Clevenger, Winter Clevenger, Cheyan Melton and Riley Melton; and his great grandchild Ariannna Patterson.
