He is survived by: his mother Edith Margaret Rhodes (Dawson) of Basin; his son Craig "Buddy" Rhodes, Jr. (Hallie) of Mullens; and his siblings, Debbie McKinney of Basin, Michelle Feaster of Corinne, Melissa Flaim of Corinne, James E. Rhodes, Jr. of Baltimore and Richard Rhodes, Sr. of Basin. He is also survived by six grandchildren; his first great grandchild.
