He was predeceased by: his mother Janice L. Eddy. He is survived by: his father Thomas L. Eddy Sr. of Core; his grandparents, Fred and Lenora Bussey of Mt. Morris, PA; his aunts and uncles, Marsha Layton, Eddie Kiger of Mt. Morris, Michelle Bussey of Core, Ellen Bolyard, Bob of Westover, Norman Eddy, Pam of Mt. Morris and Neil Eddy; his cousins, Nicholas Eddy, Sarah, Justin Bolyard, Jessica, Betty Nicholson, Jason, Leah Bowen, Jeremiah, Leslie Eddy, Robbie, Braxton Eddy, Miranda Nicholson, Charlie Bowen, Reese Eddy and Elleann Bowen; and his grandparents, Donald and Sarepta Eddy. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
