He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Hassel Stumbo and Bonnie Barb Stumbo; his stepparent Gladys Stumbo; his wife Norma Doss Stumbo; his children, Jennifer Garrett of Daniels, William Stumbo of Greenville, NC, James Stumbo (Melissa) of Harmony, NC, John David Stumbo of Daniels, Glenn Stumbo of Cool Ridge and Michael Stumbo (Jennifer) of Greenville, SC.; his half-siblings, Bill Stumbo of Shrewsury, PA, Alice Schultze (Paul) of Waynesboro and Judith Haley (Jerry) of Fayetteville, NC; and his stepsister Jean Brocato (Ray) of Jacksonville. He was also cherished by Eleven grandsons, four granddaughters, three great granddaughters, and two great grandsons.
