He is survived by: his wife Beverly Darlene Osborne Elkin; his daughter Heather Michelle Sturgill (Jeffery Allen) of Beckley; his granddaughter Natalie Michelle Sturgill; his sister Cynthia Rumberg (David) of Beckley; and his sisters-in-law, Gail Evans (Frank) and Beth Stafford (Gary).
