He was predeceased by: his brother Charles Meadows. He is survived by: his grandmother Ellamay Martin; his parents, Charles "Chuck" Meadows and Ella "Dolly" Bragg Meadows of Cool Ridge; and his brothers, David Meadows of Cool Ridge and Chuck Meadows (Gayle) of Clemmons, NC. He is also survived by Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins and friends.
