He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Farley and Nola Farley (Lilly); his wife Becky Farley; his siblings, Gladys Setliff and Charles Farley (Emit); his niece Vickie Dianne Pack; and his nephew Gary Wayne Pack.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Dickerson of Powder Springs, Georgia, Patricia Shrewsberry of Beaver, WV, Roy E. Farley Jr. of Marietta, Marvin Farley (Debra) of Beckley, WV, Pamela Farley of Morgantown, WV, Mandy Marroquin of Cool Ridge, WV, Samantha Farley (Daniel Fuls) of Cool Ridge, WV and Matthew Farley of Beaver, WV.; and his sisters, Myrtle Pack (Don) of Brook Park and Barbara Chase (Ron) of Richmond, Virginia..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rose and Quesenberry Funeral Chapel (729 Flat Top Rd, Shady Spring, WV 25918). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
