With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roy David Cole of Cool Ridge, West Virginia, born in Beckley, West Virginia, who passed away on April 14, 2022 at the age of 72. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oakley Cole and Ollie Ethel Bolen Cole; and his siblings, J. K. Cole, Joyce Lowe, Peggy Powell and Roseanna Lowe.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Hatcher Cole; his children, David Scott Cole of Cool Ridge, Brian Cole (Amanda) of Crab Orchard and Mary Adkins (Billy) of Odd; and his nephew Oakley "Tiny" Lowe of Cool Ridge. He is also survived by Ten grandchildren and two great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
