We are sad to announce that on May 8, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Norma Stumbo of Cool Ridge, West Virginia, born in Man, West Virginia. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred R. Doss and Geneva Pearl "Sally" Graham Doss; her husband William "Joe" Stumbo; her sons, William R. Stumbo and Glenn E. Stumbo; and her sister Linda Lee Blair.
She is survived by: her children, James Stumbo (Melissa) of Harmony, NC, John Stumbo of Beckley, Michael Stumbo (Jennifer) of Easley, SC and Jennifer Garrett of Daniels. She is also survived by Fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed.
