He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Brogan and Jacquelin Brogan of Mansfield, OH; and his parents-in-law, Arnold "Gene" Murphy and Joan Murphy of Mansfield, OH.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Beckie" Brogan (Murphy); his sons, Michael A Brogan II (Pamela Gerry) and David S Brogan (Dorine Brogan); his grandchildren, Michael A Brogan III, Kodiak Brogan, Kyla Brogan and Samantha Brogan; his brother Thomas Brogan; and his niece Gabby Brogan.

In lieu of flowers Mike would request donations be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Hospital and/or The Wounded Warrior Project.
