He is survived by: his wife Joyce Wills Overbay; his children, Tina Randolph (Gariel) of Madison, Alabama, Cloee and Thomas Overbay; his grandchildren, Matthew Kucirka, Braden Evans, Grace Kucirka, Christian Charron, Hannah Randolph, Madison Randolph, Isabelle Randolph and Liam Randolph; his great grandchild Emma Randolph; his siblings, Betsy (Mike West) of Virginia, Ora Lee Overbay of Beckley, Roger Overbay of Beckley and Morgan Overbay of Columbus, Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Sturgill (Leon) of Soak Creek, Dorothy and Zelda Wills of Coal City.
