She is survived by: her parent Hattie M. Kester Lusk; her spouse Ralph Mullins; her children, Joe Mullins of Cool Ridge and Anita "Sis" Setliff (Keith) of Cool Ridge; her grandchildren, Stephanie Brewer (Chris), Joey Mullins, Rachel Quesenberry (David), Hannah Smith and Stephen Setliff; and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Hunter, Grace, Sutton, Karlie, Micah, Jase, Luke and Madix.
