The memory of Elsie Pack of Cool Ridge, West Virginia, who passed away on May 17, 2024 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Oron James Ransom and Pansy Griffith Ransom; her former husband Welton C. Lilly Sr.; her husband Delano Ray Pack; her grandsons, Eric Jones and Roger Richmond Jr.; and her siblings, Pauline Wood, Edith Evy Mann and James Eugene Ransom.
She is survived by: her child Welton Lilly Jr. of Cool Ridge; and her sister Marylene Coleman of Maryland. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and twelve great-great grandchildren, with another great-great grandchild.
