He is survived by: his children, Deborah Mullins (David) of Egeria, Denise Madden (Sean) of Cool Ridge and David Lucas Jr. (Valerie) of Cool Ridge; his grandchildren, Jessica Mullins, Andrew Mullins, Michael Lucas, Nicholas Lucas, Kaelah Madden, Bailey Madden and Kylee Madden; his great grandchildren, Everly, Charlotte Ostrom and Kingston Madden; his sister Barbara Showalter (Earl) of Tampa, FL; and his aunt Beulah Mann.
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
