He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Anne Bragg Howell; and his parents, Edward Howell and Betty Johnson Howell. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Howell of West Hamlin, Sherrie Dotson of Comfort, Edward Howell of Culloden and Chad Howell of Racine; and his sister Dorothy Lee of Middleport, OH. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren with a ninth great grandchild.
