He was predeceased by: his parents, Othel Payne and Edna Canterbury Payne; and his siblings, Willa Dean Runyon, Shirley Woodrum, Donald Gene, David, John L. and William Payne.
He is survived by: his siblings, Helen Keen of Massillon, OH, Barbara Turkall of Mentor and Larry Payne; and his grandchild Charleston. He is also survived by many Nieces and Nephews.
