He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Michael and Ruby Adkins Michael; and his brother Lowell Gene Michael. He is survived by: his wife Janet Elkins Michael of Comfort; his sons, Gregory Michael (Robin) of Charleston and Randy Michael (Marianne) of Comfort; and his sister Eldean Russell of Comfort.
