She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Mayfield and Esta Mayfield (Kendall); her husband Stanley Dwain "Tad" Titus; her siblings, Arman Mayfield, Jean Wyatt, Esther Mayfield and Mavis Goontz; her son-in-law Richard Heintz; and her granddaughter Kelly Heintz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diana Burchett (Ronald) of East Liverpool, OH, Kathy Giles of Toronto, OH and Billie Jo Stephen (John) of Colliers, WV; her siblings, Merlin Mayfield, Donald Mayfield, Edwin Mayfield (Loretta), Vesta Weaver, Carol Fordyce (Gerald), Sharon Goddard and Margaret Schroeder (Jim); and her grandchildren, Cheri Bickerstaff (John), Stacy Jones (Matthew), Isaiah Giles (Whitney), Brett Giles (Ashley), Timothy Stephen (Kacie) and Dylan Stephen (Brittany). She is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren, along with several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
