He was predeceased by: his parent Oscar Woodburn; his child Ellen Dotson (Kimble); and his brother Howard Woodburn. He is survived by: his parent Vada Woodburn (Lancaster); his son Robert Lee Woodburn Jr.; his wife Kim of Wellsville, OH; his grandchildren, Robby, John, Margo, Kristin, Brandon, Allison, Anthony, Darren and Sophia; his siblings, Mary Billiter of Lisbon, OH, Helen Titus (Lee) of Alma, WV, Larry Woodburn (Kathy) of Lisbon, OH and Ben Woodburn (Connie) of North Carolina; and also, Jeffrey Brien Woodburn (Tara) of Cadiz, OH, Daniel E. Woodburn (Christy) of Amsterdam, OH and David Michael Woodburn (Stephanie) of Jewett, OH. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
