He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter D. Blaskovich and Teresa Rose Fischer Blaskovich; and his siblings, Frank Blaskovich, Catherine Smith and Tillie Graf.
He is survived by: his wife Helen F. Singleton Blaskovich; his children, David Blaskovich of Weirton, WV, Betsy Ryland (Michael) of Weirton, WV and Virginia Foresha (Thomas) of Colliers, WV; his grandchildren, Erin, Teresa and Morgan; and his great grandchild Teaghan.
