He is survived by: his significant other Bev Davis of Colliers, WV; his daughter Nicole Cavaliere (Brady) of Marshall, TX; his grandchildren, Raven, Randi, Remi and Knox; and his siblings, Betty Chenowerth, Robert Toothman of Weirton, WV and June Howell of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
