She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman L. Crawford and Olive Mozingo Crawford; and her husband James Miller. She is survived by: her children, Harry Williams Jr. (Marjorie) of Wellsburg, WV, Herman Williams (Anita) of Wellsburg, WV, Kenneth Williams (Sharon) of Wellsburg, WV and Joyce Baker (Brian) of Weirton, WV. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
