She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Glenn and Maude Delvera Williams (Bellard); her husband Richard Dolby; and her siblings, Laverne Willoughby, Carol Grimm, Loring "Bud" Williams and Cherle Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Nieuwenhuis (Frans), Roseanne Dolby and Tina Dolby-Miller (John) of Las Vegas, NV; her siblings, Charles Williams of Paris, PA, Carren Barnhart, James Williams (Sharon) of Paris, PA and Ruth Fancher of Weirton, WV; her great-niece Gwen Forrester (Rick) of Colliers, WV; and her granddaughters, Laura Todaro (Ryan) of Las Vegas, NV and Jessica Truex (Brian) of Follansbee, WV. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
