He was predeceased by: his father Richard Mark Cooper; and his siblings, Crystal Dawn Cooper and James Boyer. He is survived by: his mother Paulette K. Hans Boyer; his wife Bobbi Wright Cooper; his children, Sierra Haught (Travis) of Radcliff, KY and Mark "Sparky" Cooper of Colliers, WV; his sisters, Heather Cooper (Donnie) of Follansbee, WV and Jessie Boyer Ford (Ron) of Weirton, WV; and his grandchildren, Angel, Braylin and Scotty.
