He was predeceased by: his birth mother Beverly Ann Hartley (McAbee); and his brothers, David Paul Hartley and Jason Edward Hartley. He is survived by: his parents, Lester Paul Hartley Sr. and Edith Hartley (Tingler); his wife Celesta Carol Hartley (Cross); his sister Terry Strickland of California; and his aunts, Minnie Anderson and Nancy Fram. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
