He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon "Sam" Mazzella and Vivian Lucille Mazzella (Hedges); and his brother Steve Mazzella. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Mazzella (Brandy), Kelcey Pepe (Tyler) and Mark Mazzella (Kirsten); his siblings, Roxanne Matysiak (John) of Weirton, WV, Matthew Mazzella (Kay) of Wellsburg, WV, Phillip Mazzella (Laurie Eastham) of Wellsburg, WV and Vince Mazzella (Mary Ann) of Wellsburg, WV; his sisters-in-law, Donna Ann Mazzella of Follansbee, WV and Jane Haught (Dan) of Follansbee, WV; his mother-in-law Joan Wilson; and his grandchildren, Aurora, Charlotte Mazzella and Connor Pepe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
