He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Ruth Eleanor Pannett, Sr. (Marsh); his wife Margaret Pannett (Beatty); his sister Jeanne Rocchio; his daughter Pam Hensley; and his son-in-law Rick Merritt.
He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Davis (John Thompson) of Colliers, WV, Linda Truex (Gary) of Follansbee, WV, Dawn Tittle (Chris) of Leetonia, OH, Christine Murdock of Warren, MI, Tammy Merritt of Colliers, WV and Lori Stewart (Randy) of Colliers, WV; his brother James Pannett of Colliers, WV; his granddaughter Tracy Peterson (Keith) of Colliers, WV; and his son-in-law Bill Hensley of Cambridge, OH. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
