He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Irwin and Eula Irwin (McElwain); his daughter Linda Jo Carroll; and his brother Frank Irwin. He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Mullins (Thomas Stillson) of Follansbee, WV and Cathy Irwin of Moon Township, PA; his son-in-law Rob Carroll of Follansbee, WV; his grandchildren, Cole, Bryce, Maddison, Chase and Aspen; and his great grandchildren, Tayton, Freya and Poppy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mullenbach Funeral Home (669 Main St, Follansbee, WV 26037). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
