He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Sapp and Zana Ardella Hostuttler Sapp; his wife Della Mae Howe Sapp; and his daughters, Carolyn and Donna Jean Sapp.
He is survived by: his son Randy Sapp of Colliers, WV; and his grandchildren, Warren Brown (Jennifer), Elizabeth and Latoya Moss.
