He is survived by: his wife Norma Sole Tarr; his children, Verna Tarr of Colliers, WV and James Tarr of North Port, FL; his sister Vera Krupp (Robert) of Weirton, WV; his granddaughter Chelsea Ann Saunders; and his great grandchild Kody Oliver Saunders.
