It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Allen Shreve of Colliers, West Virginia, who passed away on February 4, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Richard Allen; his siblings, Penny, Nancy, Jean and Albert Shreve; and his sister-in-law Lu Lu Belle Shreve.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Louise Shreve (Harniss); his sons, Quentin Wayne Shreve of Wellsburg and Roy Allen Shreve (Holly) of Colliers; and his siblings, Robert Lee Shreve of Middleburn, WV, Peggie Leek (Sam) of Middleburn and Darlene Fiber (Walter) of New Martinsville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren.
