He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Lamp (Teresa) of Toronto, OH and Donna Owens (Earnley) of Middlebourne, WV.; his wife Shaylan Lamp (Mains); his children, Dominique Witty (Tanner) of Spingfield, IL, Jeffrey Rine (Kelli) of Weirton, WV, Jenna Hinkle (Garrett) of Lewisburg, WV and Courtney Mamula (Joshua) of Richmond, OH; his siblings, David Lamp (Sandi) of Colliers, WV and Dawn Lamp of Pennsylvania; his sister-in-law Misty Hood (Ray) of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Carter, Isabella, Maverick and Reed; and his nieces and nephews, Shelby, Courtney, Taylor, Alan and Anthony.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mullenbach Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
