With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Benjamin Edward Zawolik (Colliers, West Virginia), born in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 6, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Benjamin Raymond; and his daughter Cynthia Carol Shepherd. He is survived by: his parent Helen Grace Zawolik; and his wife Judith Carol Zawolik (Mauk) of Colliers, WV. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
