He was predeceased by: his parent John Havlichek. He is survived by: his parent Betty Havlichek (Maple); his spouses, Carolyn Havlichek (Hopson) and Edna (Brady); his sons, John Michael Havlichek (Brenda) and William Brian Havlichek; his stepchildren, Timothy Tyger (Tracy) of Punxsutawney, Tonya Wood (Eugene) of Punxsutawney and Robert Tyger (Nancy) of Rockton; his siblings, Mary Ellen Haines of Covington, VA and Harvey Havlichek (Debbie) of Colfax, WV.; and his stepgrandchildren, Cassidy Leiberton, Nathan Kirkwood, Joseph Liegey of DuBois, Jacob Tyger, Joshua Tyger, Shauna Wood of Punxsutawney, Lindsey Tyger of DuBois and Aubree Tyger of DuBois.
